The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 387                                                            
"An Act prohibiting governmental entities, including municipalities           
and school districts, from restricting a person's free exercise of             
religion."                                                                     
                                                                               
HB 387 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.
